Crazy Neighbor...

Not to long ago, a person moved in across the hall.  For the longest time, that room had been empty.  Which was here nor there for me.  The issue arose when I found out they had a dog.  Their dog has tried to attack Trixie and me twice now.  Biting at me both times (I was lucky and got Trixie in my arms before the little monster got to us).  One time I was wearing pants and her dog bit me but only got my pants.  Both times, it took the owner a while before they came outside to get their dog and neither time they apologized about it or even said anything.  Another time, my co-teacher was watching Trixie for me and the dog came out and attacked her.  Again, no apologies.  At this point we had already called in twice about the dog and my co-teacher called again and complained.  Since the last incident with my co-teacher, there have been no more attack's, which is wonderful.

You would think that it would be the end of the issues with the neighbors and their dog.  But it isn't.  The dog is a barker and whenever the owner is not home, the dog barks.  The dog barks when the owner is home as well but it is a constant bark when the owner isn't home.  It is annoying.  I have complained a few times and recorded the extended barking.  The only reason I did this was because the building manager came up to me and said (in Korean) that people were complaining about Trixie barking.  I knew for a fact that it wasn't Trixie.  I mean, I have been here since September, if people were going to complain about Trixie barking, it would have happened by now, not only after this new dog showed up.  Well, I told my co-teacher and showed her the footage of the dog barking and Trixie just sitting there, silent.  My co-teacher called the building manager and complained about the dog and cleared up the issues about Trixie.

Again, you would think this would be the end of the troubles, well it isn't.  Since I moved in, I have cleaned up Trixies hair from the hallways because there are businesses on the floor (being polite because most people don't understand keeping a dog inside in Korea).  Well I had been away for two days and hadn't had a chance to clean the floor yet.  I left my door open after getting groceries and putting them away, so my room would air out.  Well, the neighbor comes down and knocks on my door (which is against the building rules, she should have gone to the manager).  She yells at me in Korean that my dogs hair is everywhere and that I should close my door and keep my room clean and blah blah blah.  I just look at her like she is crazy and shut my door.  I haven't cleaned the floor since she came to my room.  She has seen me cleaning the dog hair before and came out and said the same thing, while I was cleaning the hair to begin with.

Needless to say, this lady is crazy and just looking for trouble.  I am lucky that I have recordings of things and the building manager knows I clean the floors but coming to my apartment and expecting things of me when your dog is a horrible monster is just insane.  Trixie would lick someone to death while her dog would actually kill someone (or try to).

This is what the hall way looks like.  As you can see there is SO MUCH hair, everywhere.  (SARCASM)
